A vibrant, fast-casual Japanese eatery in London with bold flavors, healthy portions, and a unique offering — fat-free froyo. The name playfully nods to generous portions through the phrase "Omori kudasai."

02 – Bringing the neon lights into the brand

Mori channels the vibrant energy of Tokyo’s neon-lit streets with a bold, modern aesthetic rooted in cyberpunk culture. This is reflected in a striking colour palette, futuristic typography, and sleek, minimalistic illustrations and iconography used consistently across all branded assets. To deepen immersion and add an element of educational fun, the visual language integrates a bilingual (Japanese and English) theme, immersing audiences as though they were truly living in Japan. This bilingual approach sets the tone of voice for the entire brand, blending cultural authenticity with contemporary flair.
