The goal was to create a camera-first workflow that allows a user to capture a household issue (the 'snap') and instantly generate a structured job post, thereby dramatically reducing friction and improving the accuracy of service requests. The Design: The core design objective was to create an interface that felt fast, clear, and trustworthy, engineered entirely around the crucial constraint of one-handed operation. The main screen is a dedicated camera-first view. Clear guiding text "Take or upload a photo, we'll match you with the right pro" immediately informs the user of the simple value proposition.
