Vision / The problem

The old website didn't support the necessary structure and digital experience to scale and communicate the program offers, costing us potential revenue by millions.
People in the mid-funnel have a low conversion rate. Most people visit our website by seeing an AD or finding us on google and other platforms. They download the necessary brochure, but most do not book a call and start to study with us. We target to reduce CAC from 25% to 15%
Challenges include building customer loyalty, standing out in a crowded market, and generating consistent and meaningful customer engagement. As a result, we struggle to attract and retain customers, increase sales and revenue, and achieve our business objectives.

The solution

The new website now offers fast iterations of content in static and dynamic pages. This generates 18 static pages and four dynamic templates: Thank you pages, Open Challenges pages, Bachelor programs, and Performance Pages. Building this resulted in 210+ screens designed for both web and mobile. We worked with the Operations, Growth & Sales, and Learning team.
Through research, insights from the admissions team, and business objectives to reduce CAC -> we improved our overall user journey by aligning with hopes, pains, and barriers our potential students bumped into and discovered new opportunities to test, such as price and unique offerings.
I've built a brand's visual direction in terms of visuals, images, structure, and easily recognizable and memorable layouts -> so that the brand message is communicated clearly and effectively. This also includes reusable templates for social media, image databases, and directing for video material.
