ERP System for FrogCell

Developed a workforce management and monitoring platform for a satellite communications company in collaboration with an agency. The platform allows assignment of tasks to field engineers, tracking of work progress, and real-time data analysis for completed tasks. Additionally, it features client engagement tools tailored to different geographic regions. The solution optimized resource allocation, improved task efficiency, and enhanced client communication by providing insights based on location-specific data. This project highlighted my ability to build tailored platforms for complex operational workflows, focusing on workforce coordination, data-driven decision-making, and regional client interactions.
