Background: Digital marketing was a a relatively new concept in the TMT bar category, and I was given a free hand by the director of the company to make it a success.
Objective: To develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for SRMB Steel, including paid marketing and lead generation.
Solution: Building an in-house team consisting of one graphic designer, one technical content writer, and one outsourced boutique SEO agency.

Result: Successful cost-cutting, 800 marketing qualified leads each month, resulting in 350 tons of sales each month, and a strong digital presence. Even Tata Steel started following SRMB Steel on Twitter.
