My studio runs on an AI agent that keeps its own knowledge base. This is the real system, drawn as a plate and a 40 second film.
Hermes Agent maintains an Obsidian vault in the LLM Wiki pattern. Raw sources stay untouched. Each one gets a summary, then ripples into entity and concept pages, so every answer traces back to a source. An index catalogs every page and an append-only log records every change.

The counts are real, read from the live system on 2026-10-08. 83 sources, 144 wiki pages, 604 wikilinks and 496 skills. The agent and a task dashboard read the same records, so there is one truth. Secrets fill forms without ever entering the model's context, and anything that ships to production waits for owner approval. Private files appear only as structure.
