Rubicon DeFi Webapp Redesign

We collaborated with the Rubicon team to refresh their DeFi platform with a new look and a smoother, more intuitive experience. Rubicon is a powerful product for decentralized finance, and our goal was to match that power with clarity, elegance, and ease of use.

Rubicon saw a significant uptick in platform activity, with over 7,000 new unique users joining and a trade volume increase of more than $85,000 within the first month.

Swap and trade flows We redesigned the core trading and swapping experience to reduce friction and enhance clarity. From token selection to confirmation, every step was refined to make sure users feel in control and informed without being overwhelmed.

Bridge experience We created a seamless flow for bridging assets across chains. The interface clearly communicates chain status, transaction progress, and completion, helping users move assets confidently across networks.

We redesigned the Trade feature to make it easier and faster for users to trade tokens. We also added helpful feedback and microinteractions to make the process feel smooth and responsive.

Leaderboard feature We designed a dynamic and interactive leaderboard to showcase top traders and community activity. It’s both functional and social—giving users a reason to engage while adding personality to the product.

Consistency and responsiveness We built out a design system to bring consistency across all components and screens, optimized for both desktop and mobile. This ensures that no matter how users access Rubicon, the experience feels unified and polished.

Visual overhaul and design language We gave the platform a modern, clean aesthetic that brings structure to the complexity of DeFi. The new interface is bold but minimal, using a refined color palette, crisp typography, and modular layouts that adapt across features.

The new landing page gives Rubicon a fresh, modern look. It clearly explains what the platform does and guides users into the product with bold visuals, simple messaging, and strong calls to action. It’s designed to make a great first impression and get people excited to explore what Rubicon has to offer.
