PROJECT OVERVIEW

FlowSpace needed a landing page that could do two jobs at once: explain a genuinely complex AI-powered workflow tool, and make a stranger trust it within seconds. The product connects quoting, ERP systems, and AI voice agents into one workspace powerful, but easy to make confusing.
My role was to design the full landing page from positioning through to final UI hero, feature breakdown, process explanation, and conversion sections.

THE PROBLEM

FlowSpace had a strong product but a landing page that wasn't translating that strength into trust or conversions.
The core issue: too much technical complexity, not enough clarity. Visitors needed to immediately understand what the product replaced (manual quoting, scattered tools, slow ERP syncing) without reading a wall of text. Most SaaS landing pages either oversimplify and lose credibility, or overload visitors with feature lists and lose them before the second scroll.
FlowSpace needed neither. It needed a page that felt as intelligent and frictionless as the product itself.

THE SOLUTION

I designed the page around one principle: every section should answer the next question the visitor is already asking.
Hero a clear, confident headline paired with a live product screenshot, not an abstract illustration. Visitors see the actual interface before they read a single feature claim.
Social proof placed early, directly under the hero, using real recognizable logos to establish credibility before any selling begins.
Feature grid four core capabilities (AI spec reading, voice agent, analytics, integrations) each reduced to one outcome-driven sentence. No jargon. No feature dumps.
Process section a simple three-step visual breakdown of how the product actually works, removing the guesswork around "how does this fit into my day."
Integration visualization a single radial diagram showing FlowSpace at the center of existing tools (Gmail, Slack, Microsoft, Salesforce), reinforcing that this isn't a replacement it's a connector.
Closing CTA a high-contrast section with a single, specific outcome ("save 20 hours every week") instead of a generic "sign up now."

KEY FEATURES
Clean visual hierarchy that lets the product screenshots do the convincing Outcome-first copy instead of feature-first copy Consistent blue accent system that ties AI, integrations, and CTAs into one visual language A process section that removes onboarding anxiety before the visitor ever signs up Social proof positioned for maximum trust impact, not buried at the bottom

OUTCOME
The redesigned page gives FlowSpace a landing experience that matches the sophistication of their product confident, clear, and built to convert visitors who are evaluating multiple tools in a short window of attention.
