A personal website for a filmmaker and critic, with a visual identity shaped around film, writing, and creative work.
My role and scope
I designed and developed the portfolio using custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, then deployed it on Vercel. The work covered the visual direction, page layouts, responsive styling, and website implementation.
Design approach
Monochrome city imagery, high-contrast typography, and a cinematic composition establish a strong identity immediately. The design carries that character into the site rather than relying on a generic portfolio template.
Delivered
A live, custom-coded portfolio with responsive layouts. This project demonstrates my ability to translate a creative identity into a working website and carry the design through development and launch.
