As the Lead QA, I embarked on a journey to elevate the quality assurance processes for our ambitious project. From the outset, I focused on designing and implementing robust frameworks that catered to frontend, backend, and visual testing needs. By leveraging technologies like Java, Selenium, and Rest Assured, I crafted and extended automation tests that ensured precision and reliability across all aspects of the project.

A key objective was achieving 100% test case coverage, which I approached by carefully modeling page objects and search contexts, creating fast and autonomous test cases conducive to parallel execution. I sought out robust and elegant locators that enhanced test speed, focusing on efficiency without compromising accuracy.

In crafting a hybrid solution that seamlessly integrated functional and visual automated tests, I ensured flawless execution along each testing phase. Additionally, I took charge of monitoring and maintaining the Jenkins pipeline, guaranteeing seamless integration and deployment.

Through diligent design of QA processes and policies, every test was executed as planned, culminating in a triumphant go-live phase.
