Process and Achievments

As the project lead for a retail online store initiative, I guided my team through a successful transformation focusing on both technical and mentorship aspects. Tasked with designing and implementing an advanced testing framework from scratch, I established a robust QA process, prioritizing accessibility to create an inclusive platform for people with disabilities.

The technical foundation included creating automated test cases for efficient parallel execution, leveraging a diverse technology stack comprising Java, Selenium, Rest Assured, Microsoft Azure, Postman, Cucumber, and Axe. Key to our approach was the use of accessibility testing tools like Axe, ensuring the online store catered to all users. I monitored and maintained the Azure pipeline, ensuring seamless integration and operations, while generating detailed test reports to track progress and quality.

Furthermore, I extended the existing test plan, identifying critical paths and potential risks. Leading the QA effort, I mentored team members, sharing insights through tailored training sessions and presentations on essential technical topics. This approach fostered a knowledgeable and cohesive team ready to tackle challenges.

Our combined efforts and dedication culminated in a successful project go-live, enhancing the client's online presence and providing a superior, inclusive user experience. By integrating technical expertise with a focus on inclusivity and team development, we delivered an outstanding result that set new standards for the client’s business
