Migrated WordPress, Mailchimp & SamCart Into One Organized Kajabi System

A Full Digital Transformation for a Holistic Health Coach — From Overwhelm to Ownership

When she first came to me, she was simply looking for help updating her WordPress site. She had been managing her business across three separate systems — WordPress for her website, Mailchimp for her contacts and email marketing, and SamCart for her sales funnels. And at every step, she felt like she was fighting her tools instead of using them.
As an IIN Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and AFAA/NASM Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, her work is deeply holistic. She helps people reconnect with their bodies, intuition, stress response, and personal rhythm. Yet behind the scenes, her business tools were anything but balanced.

What Wasn’t Working

Her WordPress site felt cluttered, plugin-heavy, and outdated. She didn’t feel in control of it — “I don’t want to break anything,” she said more than once. Mailchimp was full of duplicated tags and confusing lists. Sam Cart funnels no longer matched the offers she was actually selling. And with content scattered across three platforms, she had no single home base.

What She Wanted

Her vision was clear: “I just want everything in one place.”
She wanted simplicity. A platform she could actually understand. A system she could confidently maintain. And tools that supported her — not drained her.

The Migration Process

Over two months, I completed a full migration of her digital ecosystem into Kajabi. This included:
Rebuilding every WordPress page directly inside Kajabi
Migrating all blog posts
Transferring contacts and email sequences from Mailchimp
Recreating sales funnels from SamCart
Copying and pasting all landing pages, offer pages, and sales pages
Setting up new automations, offers, and email flows
Redesigning her testimonial page
Testing every single form, page, email, and automation
Communicating across time zones so she always knew the plan
This wasn’t a simple copy/paste job — it was a process of untangling years of disconnected tools, manually rebuilding, and ensuring that every part of her customer journey translated perfectly into one streamlined home.

Key Challenges

She had three major blockers:
1️⃣ The WordPress Maze Her site was cluttered with old plugins, limited access from previous service provider and custom elements. It made updates risky, and the backend slow and confusing. Fix: Rebuilt everything natively in Kajabi using clean structures she could update confidently.
2️⃣ Mailchimp Chaos She had duplicated tags, outdated automations, and a structure that made email marketing harder than it needed to be. Fix: Imported contacts, cleaned the logic, and rebuilt simpler, cleaner automations in Kajabi.
3️⃣ Scattered Content Her pages, funnels, files, blogs, and customer journeys lived everywhere — no single source of truth. Fix: Consolidated everything into one organized Kajabi hub.

Testing and Launch

I tested every flow myself, then she tested everything again. Everything worked cleanly on the first round — no broken links, no missing logic, no delivery issues.

The Transformation

Once everything went live, she could feel the difference immediately.
One login instead of three
No more plugin issues
A clean, intuitive backend
An email system she could update without confusion
A single home for all her content, offers, and funnels
Her words said it best: “This is so much simpler and I am more in control.” “I’m relieved to have everything in one place.”

After Launch

With Kajabi as her new home, she began:
Launching new offers with ease
Being more consistent with email
Managing her site confidently
Reducing tech-related stress
Getting clearer in her day-to-day workflow
Using her platform instead of avoiding it
This wasn’t just a migration. It was a reset — giving her clarity, control, and momentum in her business. Her Testimonial: "Quality of her work is really good. She was chasing me rather than me chasing her. She makes you feel important." Meghan, Holistic Health Coach
