The magazine also places great emphasis on emerging artisans and young talents—the hopes of tomorrow—providing them with opportunities to share their passion and gradually establish themselves in the professional world.
A special section is devoted to the food ingredients and raw materials that form the foundation of all recipes, as well as to unique artisanal products created by Moroccan professionals: utensils, equipment, clothing, costumes, and accessories related to these crafts and this refined culinary art.
Beyond gastronomy, the magazine serves as a space for discovery and exchange—a bridge between tradition and modernity, between ancestral knowledge and contemporary creativity.
