Category: Personal Portfolio / Product Design
Role: Product Designer
Live:https://keshav.live
Problem
As a solo product designer, I faced a positioning challenge.
Personal portfolios feel human and build trust, but don’t scale well.
Studio websites signal structure and credibility, but often feel impersonal or premature.
Most designers choose one and lose the other making it hard to grow without a full rebrand later.
Objective
Design a portfolio that works today as a founder-led personal site, while being structurally ready to evolve into a studio.
Key goals:
High trust and clarity
Professional, production-ready feel
Clear services and positioning
A scalable layout and copy system
No visual noise or agency fluff
Solution
I designed keshav.live as a bridge between a personal brand and a future studio.
Key design decisions:
Founder-led narrative using first-person copy to keep it human
Studio-ready structure with modular sections (Services, Pricing, Case Studies, FAQs)
Minimal, tech-forward UI focused on clarity and performance
Brand layering: Keshav as the face, Pixalnode as the long-term system
Scalable copy that can shift from “I” to “We” without redesign
Outcome
A portfolio that feels personal without being informal
Professional without pretending to be a large agency
Clear communication of services, value, and process
Ready to scale into a studio through copy and positioning updates
