Client Onboarding & Workflow Automation

In this project, I created a seamless automation process to enhance the client onboarding experience and streamline task management for the team. The automation I built serves multiple functions:

1. Client CRM Onboarding: As soon as a new client is added, the system automatically inputs their information into the CRM. This ensures the client's profile is accurately created and immediately accessible, enhancing organization and making client data readily available for follow-up.

2. Landing Page Copy Creation: Using responses to a set of onboarding questions, the system generates an initial draft of landing page copy for the client’s website. This automated content creation accelerates the process, providing the team with a solid foundation to work with and a quick turnaround for the client.

3. Task Generation in Asana: To keep the workflow moving, the automation creates a task in Asana, alerting the team to any follow-up actions required. This step ensures that everyone is on the same page and that no steps are missed, improving team coordination and project timelines.

This automation effectively brings new clients into the system, preps initial deliverables, and notifies the team of next steps, streamlining client onboarding and workflow continuity.
