Stirling Psychology is a growing practice that provides a wide range of relationship and psychology services to adults in Melbourne, Australia.

The Challenge

Looking to expand their offerings nationally into online therapy, they knew that a re-brand was necessary to be able to differentiate themselves in the allied health and personal development market.

The real challenge was that they had tried to rebrand while redesigning their website and stalled.

I came aboard to help them solve their brand and redesign their website in line with the new brand.

The Solution

Through a brand workshop, we aligned the character of the brand to the needs of its customers. We created customer personas to inform key messaging. We also assessed and prioritized business goals in 3 key areas: awareness, revenue and efficiencies.

The end result was a beautifully designed brand identity that embodied Stirling's vision of becoming an online platform for change, driven by human connection.
