Apartment Meister is a property management and cleaning service company in Austria, focused on delivering efficient, high-quality solutions for short- and long-term rental properties.

As a new player in the market, Apartment Meister aimed to establish a strong online presence and gain visibility in the competitive property management industry. The primary goal was to create an impactful, user-friendly website that would effectively communicate their professionalism, reliability, and wide range of services.

The challenge was to create a distinctive, trustworthy online presence in a crowded market, positioning Apartment Meister as a top choice for property management and cleaning services.

A clean, informative, and responsive website in Framer that loads quickly and adapts seamlessly to different devices. The site successfully reflects Apartment Meister’s brand and highlights its dedication to quality service, establishing a professional image to attract new clients and grow brand recognition.

To ensure alignment on the project vision, we started with a comprehensive research phase. Since this was a greenfield project, we focused on defining the essential features Apartment Meister needed to introduce their services effectively to the market. This phase included discussions with the client to outline specific requirements and market research to identify ways to stand out among competitors.

From the research insights, I developed low-fidelity wireframes that emphasized the site’s structural hierarchy and flow. The focus was on creating an intuitive layout where visitors could easily navigate between service descriptions, pricing, and contact information. This phase helped to ensure the site’s usability and clarity from the outset.

To set a clear visual direction, I created moodboards that embodied Apartment Meister’s core values of professionalism and reliability. These moodboards helped refine a visual style that would appeal to clients, showcasing a balance between modernity and trustworthiness.

A consistent design system and style guidelines were essential for achieving a cohesive look and feel across the site. These guidelines helped maintain uniformity and ensured that each element was aligned with the brand’s aesthetic, making future updates simpler and more cost-effective.

Using the wireframes and moodboards as a guide, I designed the site’s final interface with clean layouts, carefully chosen imagery, and a color scheme that resonates with Apartment Meister’s branding. The UI combines functional and aesthetic elements, enhancing the user experience while reinforcing the brand’s credibility.

In the development phase, I used Framer’s no-code tools to turn the finalized design into a fully functional website. Framer allowed for precise design execution without sacrificing flexibility, resulting in a robust online presence that is easy to navigate and visually engaging.

To support future growth and strategy, I integrated analytics tools that track user behavior, including traffic sources, popular pages, and interaction patterns. These insights will help Apartment Meister understand client needs and refine the site’s performance over time.
