Klover: A Financial Wellness App Empowering Everyday Users

Klover is a mobile app designed to provide users with access to financial tools that promote wellness and stability. The platform stands out by offering a range of features, including free cash advances, credit monitoring, and spending insights, all without hidden fees or interest. Its mission is to create financial opportunities for users while fostering healthier financial habits.

As the Director of Product Design, I contribute to enhancing the user experience and expanding the app’s capabilities to meet the needs of its diverse audience. My work included designing user flows, crafting wireframes, and building an intuitive UI that simplifies complex financial concepts. The goal was to create an experience that is not only functional but also accessible and engaging for users at all income levels.

Central to the app is the integration of data-driven features, such as spending comparisons and credit score monitoring. These tools empower users to make informed decisions about their finances. Additionally, Klover offers personalized recommendations to help users save money, reduce debt, and achieve financial stability.

The design process prioritized usability and accessibility. I employed tools like Figma to develop and iterate on wireframes and prototypes, ensuring a seamless user journey. Usability testing played a key role in refining the experience, with user feedback guiding adjustments to ensure the app met its goals of simplicity and clarity.

Another significant aspect is aligning the app’s visual identity with its mission of empowerment and trust. The design utilized approachable colors, modern typography, and engaging micro-interactions to create a sense of positivity and reliability.
