Porsche Commercial

The primary objective of this project was to create a professional and engaging car commercial for Porsche, showcasing my skills in video editing, storytelling, color grading, and sound design.

This was a personal project undertaken to demonstrate my ability to handle high-quality commercial content. The raw footage was sourced from Porsche’s official website, ensuring authenticity and high production value. I've designed this commercial with dynamic effects, smooth transitions, and with my creative style & storytelling approach.

In creating the Porsche car commercial, one of the key challenges was to ensure the footage conveyed the high-end, luxurious feel synonymous with the Porsche brand. Additionally, I aimed to create a seamless narrative that captured the car’s performance and elegance without access to the original storyboard or director’s notes. Ensuring the sound design complemented the visuals perfectly and enhanced the overall viewing experience was another critical aspect.

For the sound design, I sourced high-quality sound effects that matched the visual elements, such as the engine revving, tyres screeching, and the subtle sounds of the car’s interior. Music was carefully chosen to complement the dynamic visuals and enhance the overall mood of the commercial. Headphones are recommended to get you an immersive sound design experience.

The focus is on highlighting the key features of the car at the start and building excitement, before diving into the incredible driving experience.
