You should know that at the beginning of the project, there was no brief. Carte blanche. The hairdresser simply gave me the name of the salon and asked me to make some proposals. It's rare, but it happens. It is also sometimes more difficult to create a visual identity without a concrete starting point than to have a long list of constraints.
Nevertheless, I knew a few things that could point me in the creative direction. I knew that their salon was mixed and that they practiced all the hairdressing techniques imaginable to meet their very varied but demanding clientele. I also knew that in terms of atmosphere, they wanted an industrial decoration for the salon. And finally, I had Arthur's name ringing in my head. From the outset, I could therefore offer typographic logos and monograms reflecting the complementarity and their wide range of skills.
