The objective of this project is design and build the best User experience for our GSS Duracell users, using the Desing thinking methodology.We seek to investigate, identify and find the needs of our team regarding the use and content of the internal website hosted in Sharepoint.The value proposition is to build a renewed and improved version of the platform, where we cover all detected needs, ideas and improvements that lead us to increase the satisfaction of the users, as well as encourage regular use of it.This project seeks to actively include users, where interviews will have a fundamental role in learning the users' vision of the organization, platform, structure, and content.
