The Accent Color — Why Orange?
The orange accent was already part of Kesso Realty's brand identity and it was the perfect visual anchor for this piece. Orange against deep, dark tones doesn't just look good, it communicates energy, confidence, and premium positioning all at once.
Throughout the video, the orange was used deliberately not randomly. It draws the eye to the most important information: the location, the key features, the call to action. The dark tones give it weight and seriousness. The orange gives it life.
That contrast, premium yet energetic is exactly what a commercial real estate brand in a competitive market needs to feel
Hundreds of keyframes. Every one placed with intention.
Motion design isn't just about what you see on screen. It's about the decisions made in the timeline. Every text entrance, every transition, every colour shift was keyframed manually to match the pacing of the content and the scale of the display.
Making small changes over and over again until everything feels right.
The part nobody sees in the final video.. the back and forth, the nudging, the 'one more adjustment' that happens twenty times in a row.
And this is where our real work lives.
