Implemented a CSAT system to track customer service metrics for a team of 11. Researched options and selected Front to fit customer's budget and utilize software they were already familiar with. Set up rules to automatically follow up on customer emails to prompt a survey response, increasing responses significantly. Set up flags to alert managers automatically to poor surveys. Created reporting to summarize team performance over each previous quarter.
