PTSD Awareness Campaign for WHO

Description
The World Health Organization estimates that one in eight people in the world suffers from mental health issues. One of the least visible, but often most devastating, conditions is post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
To mark PTSD Awareness Day, we used an honest visual to represent the silence many live in, unable to speak about their trauma. This campaign encourages people to pay attention to cries for help, not just from the loudest ones, but also from the quieter ones. It reminds us that healing does not happen overnight, and speaking up takes time. By choosing to honour those who carry invisible scars and remind them they are not alone, we can create a space where it’s safe to feel, speak, and heal.
