For this project, I was commissioned to produce high-end exterior renderings of the MAIA Building—a luxury residential development in Panama City. My work focused on showcasing the building’s architectural presence with refined lighting, materials, and composition to enhance its appeal for marketing and sales.

In addition to the façade, I collaborated on the design and rendered key amenity spaces, including the swimming pool, lobby, billiards area, and gym. The goal was to capture the building's lifestyle experience and convey a sense of exclusivity and elegance through photorealistic imagery.

This project highlights my ability to bring both architecture and interior spaces to life, aligning design and emotion to help clients captivate potential buyers.
