Developed an AI Voicebot and AI Chatbot along with Go HighLevel automation for a real estate client to streamline lead management, enhance client engagement, and drive conversions.
The system includes two main components:
AI-Powered Voicebot for Lead Qualification and Appointment Scheduling:
Automated voice calls using AI to engage leads in their native language, qualify their needs (buy, sell, or rent), and schedule appointments directly through the GoHighLevel CRM.
The system intelligently routes leads based on their responses, ensuring efficient follow-up and personalized service.
Conversational AI Chatbot for Website:
An interactive chatbot integrated into the website to provide instant support, answer FAQs, and guide users through property listings.
The chatbot uses natural language understanding (NLU) to interpret user queries and provide relevant information and assistance.
It also allows users to schedule appointments with agents directly through the chat interface.
