Business Claiming: Healthcare establishments can claim their business listings for free, ensuring their information is accurate and up-to-date.

User Registration: Users can register on the platform to submit inquiries to hospitals.

Direct Contact: Upon enrollment for an enquiry, hospitals are notified and can directly contact the user to address their needs.

Authentication: AWS Cognito is used for secure authentication and user management.
