Opensearch Rolling upgrade on EC2
Performed a rolling upgrade of Opensearch on EC2 based cluster. Cluster remained online during the update. Developed plan for the upgrade which included having backup/snapshots made, steps to execute, commands to verify cluster and node health before during and after the upgrade.
