The Challenge
Content marketing tools are used daily by busy teams. The interface needed to reduce context-switching, surface the right data at the right time, and make complex SEO concepts accessible to non-technical marketers.
Design Approach
The platform is organized around three core workflows: plan (content calendar and keyword research), create (editor with SEO scoring), and analyze (performance dashboard). Each workflow has its own dedicated view with a consistent navigation system tying them together.

Content calendar with drag-and-drop scheduling and status color coding
Keyword research tool with difficulty scores and search volume visualized inline
SEO score meter on the editor that updates in real time as content is written
