iCrossing approached me to take on the role of Lead UX and help develop a mobile-first master plan to be rolled out in over 70 countries. Over the course of eight months, we collaborated closely from the initial discovery phase to the eventual MVP implementation, utilizing Agile methodology throughout the project.

Personalized Recommendations: How Data-Driven UX Design Elevates Your User Experience.

We've introduced a useful feature to highlight specific products within a category page, aimed at assisting users in their selection process.
With up to 40 different types of shampoo to choose from, the sheer variety can be overwhelming and confusing. Even filters can be of little help, especially when one lacks familiarity with the different brands available.
This feature is particularly beneficial for those who have limited knowledge about beauty products, including skin type, skin color, and other factors. In essence, the idea was to provide quick recommendations even for users we know little about. For instance, on a product page, you may come across a message like "This product is perfect for those with bleached hair" or "Recommended for those with pink hair color."

Atomic Design for Agile Workflows: Balancing flexibility and efficiency in design processes

We worked with Atomic Design methodology and established a design system that allowed all External team and Markets to create new templates quickly and ensure total consistency.

The Power of User Feedback: How we used testing to improve our design decisions

Our goal was to create a master plan for launch in select countries within the next 2-3 years. While we aimed to be innovative and forward-thinking, we also had to ensure that our ideas were user-friendly and easily comprehensible.
To accomplish this, we partnered with Ferpection, a platform that facilitated usability testing and provided feedback from a diverse group of users. The process involved organizing test sessions, considering the user flow, developing test questions, and summarizing the results for stakeholders at L'Oréal.

The team has established a unique creative and user experience vision for loreal-paris.com and, thanks to a new model of collaboration and colocation we established together, the quality of the product delivered constantly surpasses expectations.” Hakim Benhamor, Global Product Lead
