Cloneable WordPress Template for Local Sites
Adam K
The brief
A client needed a master WordPress site that could be copied for new locations without rebuilding each site from scratch.
What I built
A child theme and provisioning scripts
A template with 0 database IDs embedded in forms, menus or images
One Customizer panel for site-specific information
Idempotent install, deploy and migration workflows
Result
9 fields to configure for a new site
0 database identifiers in the template
8 assertions confirming that repeat migrations do not change content unexpectedly
The work delivered the master template and its tooling. The client did not commission the separate hosting-panel duplication stage.

Built a WordPress master template with no database IDs, ready for reliable per-location copies.
