Parking Lot REST API with NestJS

A personal REST API project for managing parking spaces, built with TypeScript and NestJS.

Parking and vehicle operations are separated into controllers and services. DTOs define accepted request fields, and a heap supports slot selection. The repository includes a Dockerfile and basic controller tests.

The sample keeps data in memory. It covers parking-lot setup, increasing capacity, assigning and releasing spaces, and color-based vehicle lookup.

The README includes request and response examples for each route. The linked source makes it easy to review the API structure and follow a request through the service logic.
