Abogados Defensores is a California based, Personal Injury and Criminal Defense law firm focused on providing high quality legal services to those in the Spanish speaking community.

The main goal of this project was to act as a lead generation tool primarily through Google SEO, to which there they could capture leads with the website source the cases out to their vast network of lawyers.

Upon completing competitor research, we found an area where many other firms who offer the same service seem to struggle, is a weak brand identity and outdated/cluttered UX experience in their website.

This is when we decided that additional brand identity and a focus on clean, minimal web design would be a major focus for this project.

With a calculated blend of design, development, and strategy, we successfully created a website that not only looks great and stands out from its competitors, but also is a powerful marketing tool that can attract clients with a targeted SEO strategy.

Working closely with their CEO, I was responsible for:

Developing the brand identity, including logo, color palettes, typography, tone, and imagery.

Designing the site in Figma, including unique 10+ pages demonstrating the established brand identity, clean UX experience, design with SEO in mind, and were mobile responsive.

Developing the site in Webflow, including 60+ pages that are optimized for maximum SEO potential and are mobile responsive.

Ongoing support, making sure the site is optimized for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices, as well as design and development updates to keep the site fresh and optimized based on user data.
