When creating the website for Hawkleap, I approached it from the perspective of their target audience: airlines that were looking for a solution to optimize their asset management to improve revenue.
To make sure I got the tone and look of the website just right, I crafted a mood board to establish brand colors, images and typography.
I conducted some market research on the competitors for similar software solutions to evaluate what was the type of content and details on the description of their services.
It was important to make sure I spelled out the features that made Hawkleap's software solutions standout. These included outlining advantages for airlines that utilize their software, such as the ability to optimize assets.
I created several character mockups for the brand that was defined as a Hawk, however the requirement was to make it look professional and approachable as a spoke-person, so to speak.
All of these elements combined provided an innovative and friendly experience tailored specifically to those small to medium companies in need of solutions within the airline industry.
