a demo platform has a lot going on. workspaces, supademos, showcases, videos, demo hubs, resources, analytics. the risk with a product like this is it turns into a wall of features and the person just freezes. the goal here was to keep all that power but still make the screen feel calm the second you land on it.

demostack is a demo management dashboard. a lot of moving parts, but the home screen still breathes.

one clear starting point. the top of home isnt a dump of everything. its three simple moves. create a supademo, run an interactive tutorial, explore the gallery. so a new person knows exactly where to click first instead of guessing.

workspace nav that stays quiet. the left side holds the real structure. supademos, showcases, videos, demo hub, then admin like analytics, theme, integration, settings. its all there but tucked to the side so it doesnt shout at you.

tips and resources without the clutter. supademo tips, learning academy, knowledge base, get inspired examples. useful stuff, laid out as calm cards you scan, not a feed you fight.

the rule was simple. dont make the product feel heavy just because it can do a lot. every section earns its spot and nothing is on screen just to look powerful. the hard part of a tool like this isnt adding features, its keeping it easy to move through once the features pile up.
