Using a mascot, a friendly and diligent character, became the heart of the brand, embodying the company’s dedication to being “at your service.” This allowed Mr. Fix-It to stand out among its competitors, presenting a warm and trustworthy image that resonates with homeowners seeking dependable home service providers.
