Brand Design & Website Build

Flip Local is a small house-flipping and rental business based in Western Massachusetts.

I was tasked with designing a logo, brand and website. I worked very closely with the co-owners to bring their vision to life in the digital space. All of this included a new logo, icons, graphic, print and a full website build.

I was able to build a simple logo that's clean and very easy to use on all mediums. It's welcoming and modern. The Co-Founders planned to keep this business small and within a 6-7 mile radius around the colleges in the area.

I developed the website to be simple and easy to navigate. Using the blue and oranges to make an inviting experience. Some financial sites can look intimidating, so I wanted to build a site that felt more like an app.
