OneTenth Consulting is a minority-owned, Salesforce Equality Partner consultancy dedicated to serving nonprofits and social justice organizations. They specialize in Salesforce implementation, managed services, and strategic consulting — helping mission-driven organizations build the digital foundation they need to drive real, lasting change in their communities.

I was brought in to design and develop a professional website that reflects OneTenth's deep commitment to equity, transparency, and innovation while clearly communicating their Salesforce expertise to nonprofit clients.

OneTenth sits at a unique intersection — a tech consultancy with a strong social justice mission. The key challenges were:

Communicating both technical expertise (Salesforce) and mission-driven values simultaneously

Building trust with nonprofit decision-makers who need a reliable, experienced partner

Presenting multiple service offerings (Implementation, Managed, and Strategic Services) clearly

Showcasing the company's core values, certifications, and social commitments in a compelling way

Creating a warm yet professional design that resonates with mission-driven organizations

I focused on a clean, trustworthy, and purpose-driven design.

Core values section with icons highlighting Innovation, transparency, and Equity, and their phased "Crawl, Walk, Run" methodology

About Us section featuring certifications (NMSDC, Salesforce Equality Partner), the 1% Pledge, and 24-hour paid volunteer time
