Opportunity Analysis: I partnered with the Growth Marketing and keyword research teams to conduct a comprehensive analysis of competitor keywords, top-ranking SERP content, and user search demand. This allowed us to prioritize which landing pages and standalone apps to develop for maximum reach.

Planning & Alignment: I created an initiative document outlining each tool’s target audience, problem statement, success metrics, and a data-backed hypothesis for each tool's potential impact. I shared user flows and low-fidelity designs on a Miro board, collaborating with the design and engineering teams to refine solutions based on effort vs. impact.

Development & Coordination: Throughout development, I ensured tight alignment by leading regular check-ins, removing any roadblocks, and clarifying requirements, such as event tracking for user behavior and legal considerations around fair use. I also coordinated with vendors where third-party solutions were involved.

Testing & Optimization: We launched MVP versions and monitored key metrics like traffic, bounce rate, and CTA effectiveness. Based on initial results, I worked with the team to optimize elements like copy, visual design, calls-to-action, and technical SEO (speed of page, URL structure, redirects), iterating to improve performance and user engagement.
