Emblems VIII Eight

Selection of designs made in the past year and half, showcasing of some solo images used for various brands who depicts a small variations in drawing styles due to a time period between each of them. Designs showcased here are the selected ones as main imagery of each brand beside the ones that comes in alternate options, used for Emblems, Crests or as a simple brand marks. The main purpose of this set is to represent the traditional and authentic feel to them due to the years behind their family businesses, starting from Crown Royal, Villiger Cigars, John Nagle and B.A Robinson Co. The style of the designs is influenced by Scratchboard, etching and old-world illustrations, but not having the same approach as these techniques, which is giving them a slightly modern approach. Every illustration is started as a drawing in Photoshop with Wacom Intuos, which as a final sketch is imported in Adobe Illustrator and being drawn by a hand with a mouse, using pen tool as a main drawing tool.
