As the GFX & VFX Secretary, I led the design and video team, alongside my two coordinators, for our annual college fest. I managed designs and videos for four different sub-events held consecutively over 14 days, preparations for over 3 months.

In addition to designing, I assembled and managed a team of 8-10 designers and editors, providing training and distributing tasks to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality designs. This included. presentations, pitch decks, social media posts, stories, reels & video projects, ID cards, print banners and much more.
