Overview

Redesigned the Ukirama Blog to transform a cluttered content repository into a structured, user-friendly knowledge hub. By applying logical information architecture and removing non-essential elements, I optimized the reading experience, allowing users to effortlessly access and digest complex accounting and business insights.

Problem

The Ukirama blog suffered from information clutter and a lack of clear visual hierarchy. While the platform contained valuable industry insights, the dense layout and inclusion of non-essential elements made it difficult for users to distinguish key information. This "noise" hindered the reading experience and made content discovery inefficient.

Goal

The primary objective was to restructure the blog's information architecture to ensure users could find relevant articles and financial guides with ease. By auditing the existing content and removing redundant elements, I aimed to create a streamlined, readable environment that prioritizes user intent and simplifies the navigation flow.

Constraint

User Adaptability: The redesign needed to feel modern and clean without a steep learning curve, ensuring long-term readers could transition to the new blog structure seamlessly.
Time Management: I had to execute the redesign within a high-pressure timeline while simultaneously managing other active projects, requiring strict prioritization and efficient workflows.

Project Outcomes

On-Time Delivery: Successfully launched the restructured Ukirama Blog within the original deadline, despite the concurrent project load.
Enhanced Usability: Delivered a simplified, intuitive interface that allows users to navigate and consume financial content with zero friction.
