Not having a brand story hurts — while I had worked on countless projects for this agency's clients, I had not worked on the client's identity itself... until I proposed a brand story refresh to invigorate and breathe new life into the way PRISM viewed its own outbound marketing efforts. After interviews with the founder and partners, I pieced together a brand story that all stakeholders could support and translated that story into a visual language.
