Technical Writing for User Guides & Training Manuals

I create outlines and storyboards in close coordination with subject-matter experts for K-12 ELA and Math courses. I also orchestrate and proofread technical manuals, training materials, user documentation, and presentations. I have led the development, completion, and execution of K-12 ELA and Math curriculum, directly impacting Chicago public schools. I have also guided employees and improved organization-wide performance by proposing effective design learning solutions. In addition, I have experience in using Storyline authoring tools, Bloom's Taxonomy model, and e-Learning platforms to facilitate learning and increase classroom interaction. My goal is to design engaging and effective learning solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my clients and learners.
