B.Forge is a strategic advisory and consulting brand requiring a presentation language that could communicate complex information with clarity, confidence, and a contemporary visual character.
The collaboration focused on developing a presentation system rather than a collection of individually styled slides. The framework needed to accommodate strategic narratives, analytical frameworks, quantitative information, comparisons, imagery, and executive-level summaries while maintaining a consistent visual identity throughout.
The result is a flexible presentation language built around hierarchy, restraint, structure, and controlled visual contrast.

The Design Challenge
The founders simply doesn't needed to make the presentation look polished.
The broader design problem was creating enough structure to make fundamentally different types of information feel like part of the same communication system, without forcing every slide into the same visual formula.
Consulting presentations often move between narrative statements, dense analysis, metrics, frameworks, comparisons, and supporting evidence. Each requires a different reading pattern.
The design therefore needed to balance two opposing requirements:
Consistency without repetition.

Designing for Strategic Information

The layouts were built to support that progression, creating the structured, executive-level communication expected in top-tier consulting environments.
