Dailee — Brand Website Design & Framer Development

Transforming a flat corporate website into a bold, animated brand experience for South India's fastest-growing beverage company.

Overview

Daily Fresh Fruits India Private Limited (DFFIPL), the company behind the Dailee beverage brand, needed a website that matched the energy of their products. The original site was visually outdated, had no animations, and broke on mobile. I took full ownership of this project: Creative direction, UI/UX design, and Framer development, and rebuilt it entirely from the ground up.

The Challenge

DFFIPL is a fast-growing beverage company with a 37%+ CAGR, a distribution network spanning 5 South Indian states, and over 1 million retail touchpoints.
But their website didn't reflect any of that scale or brand energy. It was static, visually dull, and not responsive on mobile, giving no impression of the bold, vibrant brand they had built over 17 years.
The project had an additional layer of complexity. An outsourced development team had already been working on a version for several months, but the results weren't up to standard, and the client rejected it entirely. Rather than starting over with another team, I stepped up, taught myself Framer, and took ownership of both design and development myself.

The Approach

Creative Direction — I built the visual language around the brand's core energy: bold, saturated colors pulled from the product packaging, high-impact typography, and a layout that lets the product photography do the talking.
Motion & Animation — Since the old site had zero interactivity, I made scroll-driven animations a central part of the experience. Products animate into view, sections transition with momentum, and the overall feel is alive closer to a premium FMCG brand than a regional manufacturer's static page.
Design to Dev in Framer — By designing and building in the same tool, I eliminated handoff friction entirely. Every interaction, animation, and responsive layout was crafted directly in Framer keeping the vision intact from first frame to final launch.
Mobile-First Thinking — The previous site had poor mobile responsiveness. I rebuilt every section with mobile layouts considered from the start, not as an afterthought.

The Result

A fully live, production-grade website for one of South India's largest beverage brands, designed, animated, and developed solo in Framer. The site now reflects the scale and ambition of one of South India's largest independent beverage manufacturers, and gives Dailee a digital presence that rivals premium national brands.
