Addressing the wayfinding issues, I redesigned the app's navigation for clarity. This involved creating a straightforward sitemap, using standardized icons, and categorizing content with clear labels. Initial feedback indicates a significant boost in user satisfaction and navigational ease.

In response to feedback on content visibility, I revitalized the categories with striking full-bleed images. This not only enhanced the visual appeal but also brought a variety of previously hidden content to the forefront, offering an immersive and engaging browsing experience for users.

I redesigned the video player with a sleek, contemporary look, focusing on content-first principles. New features were added specifically for LIVE broadcasts, significantly enhancing the viewing experience and aligning with users' expectations for modern, immersive content.
