Changemkr is a community-driven platform designed to support social impact founders and teams. My role involved designing the Workspace feature a collaborative space for managing ideas, tasks, and team communication using Lovable as the core prototyping tool.

Create a structured, easy-to-use workspace for early-stage changemakers
🛠️ What I Did Using Lovable
Applied shadcn UI component styles for consistent design and development handoff
Built flows including:
Workspace Dashboard
AI Chat
Team Member Roles & Permissions
Organization setting
Delivered a live prototype for testing with stakeholder
📈 Results
Reduced the feedback loop by 50% through real-time prototyping
Enabled cross-functional teams to visualize and refine the product before development
Workspace design was adopted as the core collaboration feature in the Changemkr MVP
