Summary

After over a year of successfully making the remittance process much more seamless for customers sending money in and out of Africa, it was time to refresh Send App’s brand. The onboarding process was populated with tons of information and verifications required to onboard new and returning customers, but it also became increasingly overwhelming. Refreshing Send App's onboarding process to be cleaner, time-conservative, and fun while balancing functionality.

Problem

The Send App's onboarding requires a lot of verifications and information. Throughout the year, required compliance checks have added noise to the customer's experience.

Solution

Refreshed the Send App's onboarding, simplifying the required information for easy onboarding and reducing the onboarding time while increasing the conversion of users to the Send App.
