GjirafaMall users were encountering difficulties navigating to find specific product categories, particularly Cosmetics. Additionally, daily deals and promotions were not prominently displayed, potentially causing users to miss out on valuable offers. This could lead to:

User frustration with the navigation structure, hindering their ability to find desired products.

Decreased awareness of daily deals, resulting in missed opportunities for users to save money.

Analyzed usage data to identify frequently searched terms and product categories. This revealed a high search volume for "Cosmetics" despite user struggles in finding the category.
